Dear %%teacher_name%%,

Based at Bedford School, Channel Talent would like to invite you and your students to our Autumn term programme of free interactive university online events which, if you saw our mailout in September, now includes a wide range of new sessions including a COP26 series.

The sessions are open to school/college groups as well as individual students and teachers, depending upon local and national circumstances. Subject to the content, some are in school time and some are after.

The sessions, each including either one or two universities, offer enrichment for curriculum themes and support for students considering progression to HE. They aim to be dynamic and participative, encouraging everyone to engage and shape the session but in a way that they are comfortable with.

'We all really enjoyed it and really appreciate all the resources that were sent out afterwards. Alex was great at getting the groups involved and asking questions.'(History Teacher)

'It really helped highlight and further emphasise the global issue of antibiotic. It's also very informative on information that I, myself, would need to know as an aspiring pharmacist and all in all, a very engaging and one of the most interesting webinars I've attended this school year - very inclusive, casual and comfortable.' (Year 13 Student)

A small number of sessions will be recorded but the majority focus on the live, participatory nature of the event, which is where the feedback we receive suggests the greatest value.

Below is the programme for the second half of the Autumn term. Please do share these opportunities with colleagues and students who will be very welcome indeed. We will be adding further sessions and adding details to existing sessions as they are confirmed so please do register for more regular updates here: http://eepurl.com/duFY5H.
